In a nutshell, branding is who you are and marketing is how you build awareness. Branding is your strategy, while marketing encompasses your tactical goals. Branding is strongly related to marketing but both support sales. We all want to know why consumers buy but it is absolutely crucial to know why they do not buy!
A very small percentage, according to Victor Antonio, say that they have no money and actually part of them actually don’t. You can easily clarify that by asking what is their budget and quickly you be able to qualify if they are a viable customer for you.
The second category says that they have no time. If you will show them how to save time, they will make the time. If you show how to save the money they will find the time.
Some of them say that they have no need. Create a trigger event to make them aware that they need it. The key aspect here is the question, is the client aware that they need the product. Our job is to show them that they need it.
If they needed, we need to establish is it urgent? If there is no urgency, show them that they need it now, that they need it now to save the money and put them to the state of urgency.
The last category they do not trust you or your company. Their question is “Do I trust you that your product can help me”? If they do not buy because of trust, find out why. And they find out how to develop more credibility? How to make them trust me?
